Emily completed a Bachelor of Health Science and Master of Physiotherapy Practice at La Trobe University in 2022. During her training, she was awarded the Eliza McAuley Memorial Prize for outstanding clinical performance, the Cardiorespiratory Australia Prize, and received a Provost’s Commendation in recognition of academic excellence.

Emily has experience working in private practice and community settings, managing a broad musculoskeletal caseload including acute and chronic injuries. She has a strong interest in chronic pain and is committed to providing individualised care that supports people to feel understood, and to build confidence and independence in their recovery.

She is particularly passionate about helping people reconnect with activities that matter to them in ways that feel sustainable and realistic. Emily is currently undertaking postgraduate studies in Psychological Science to deepen her understanding of the factors influencing recovery and behaviour change.

Outside of physiotherapy, Emily enjoys surfing, music, hiking, yoga, strength training, and attempting new recipes - with varying degrees of success, usually shared with family and friends.
