Our practices are open standard business hours with after hours appointments by request.

Our administrators often need to ring patients to confirm details including:

• Completion of our online registration form (link sent by a secure SMS link)

• Pre-payment for private patients and Medicare patients where there is a gap payment (using a secure online platform or by phone)

• Collecting information to allow us to obtain approval for treatment
