Our practices are open standard business hours with after hours appointments by request.

We have a central reception system. For enquires please email (preferred) info@advancehealthcare.com.au, ring 03 7023 7300 or fax 03 8414 2816. Press 1 for pain management, 2 for physiotherapy, 3 for medical, 4 for psychology and 5 for other queries.

Our administrators often need to ring patients to confirm details including:

• Completion of our online registration form (link sent by secure SMS)

• Pre-payment for private patients and Medicare patients where there is a gap payment (using a secure online platform of by phone)

• Collecting information to allow us to obtain approval for treatment
