Christine (Chris) is a registered psychologist deeply committed to enhancing the quality of life for her clients. Chris employs Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) in her practice, ensuring a trauma-informed and neuroaffirming approach. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology at La Trobe University in Bundoora and is eager to expand her knowledge and skills in the area of trauma. With over a decade of experience in various human service roles, Chris has supported individuals across the lifespan and from diverse backgrounds. Before joining Advance Healthcare, she worked in youth mental health, LGBTQIA+ services, private practice, and disability and aged care services.

Chris adopts a holistic, biopsychosocial approach, recognizing the numerous factors that can influence a person's current experience. She strives to understand clients through their intersectional experiences and utilizes a strengths-based approach to help them achieve their goals. In her spare time, Chris enjoys spending time in nature, participating in sustainability projects, and spending quality time with her family and pets.
