Adam is a registered psychologist who is passionate about supporting individuals with a variety of mental health problems across the lifespan. He has experience in supporting individuals and groups with anxiety, depression, sleep issues, stress management, navigating life changes, and setting and achieving vocational goals. Adam also brings years of experience working as a community mental health practitioner in the NDIS sector, assisting individuals with improving their functioning and quality of life.

Adam employs a diverse treatment method in his work with patients, incorporating various evidence-based therapies such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing. His special interest is in supporting people who are experiencing chronic pain conditions, helping them improve their functional capacity, achieve their goals, and enhance their quality of life.

Adam enjoys spending time in nature and with family, hiking, and watching AFL and cricket, either at the MCG or on TV.
