Pain localised to just above your heel (likely to be Achilles tendinopathy)

Pain localised to just below the bony points on the outside or inside of your elbow (likely to be either tennis or golfer’s elbow)

Pain localised to just below your buttock at the top of your hamstring (likely to be proximal hamstring tendinopathy)

Low back pain (may radiate down one leg) made worse by moving your low back (eg bending or twisting)

Neck pain (may radiate into the head or shoulder) made worse by moving your neck (eg bending or twisting)

Knee pain on the front of (or underneath) your kneecap
