Rachel is a Registered Psychologist who completed a Master of Professional Psychology at the University of Melbourne.
Rachel has experience working with clients across the lifespan in both community and private practice settings. She is passionate about supporting individuals experiencing a variety of challenges, including anxiety, life transitions, low self-esteem, depression, grief, loss and stress.
Rachel incorporates a range of evidence-based approaches in her therapy, including Person-Centred Counselling, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) among other therapeutic modalities. She is dedicated to fostering a supportive and collaborative therapeutic relationship and aims to help clients develop a deeper understanding of their strengths and challenges, empowering them to take meaningful steps toward positive change.
