Multi-disciplinary pain management is available for patients with a compensable (TAC or WorkCover) injury or private patients with services predominantly bulk billed through Medicare.

Our pain physicians are available for specialist medical management of your persistent pain patients including interventional management (e.g. radio frequency neurotomy).  

Our physiotherapists can provide a range of services (see figure below) for people injured at work including:

• Worksite assessment and return to work planning

• Functional capacity evaluation

• Risk assessment, analysis and control

• Work hardening

• Pre-employment screening

Our focus with work related injury is to understand the benefits of return to work on rehabilitation and ensuring the proposed work matches the capacity of the injured person.  In this way all stakeholders can work together to achieve a good clinical and work outcome.

Some of our centres also have podiatry, sports physiotherapy and dietary services.

For all referrals Michele will follow up with the patient and any necessary 3rd party to organise approval for the cost of services.

Our practitioners will communicate with referrers after initial assessment and on a regular basis during treatment to ensure continuity of care.
